I got this kit with the idea that all of the products were new, but when I opened the plastic container that held all three of these products there was a strong smell. I took out the 'No Scream Cream" first and the tube was all sticky, so was the "No-Trauma Mama" tube. Both of these tubes were not sealed and appeared to be rather old. The only sealed, unopened product was "Get the Bump Outta here". I haven't actually tried the products yet, but so far I am a little disappointed with the packaging and quality of the products. I purchased this set because I wanted to try all the products and this set for all three products was about the same cost of purchasing one item individually from other sellers.When i received the package, it was enclosed in those plastic packages that you have to use strong scissors to get it out. The label on the back said Costco, so I imagine it must have been overstock from a roadshow or inventory at Costco sometime. I think it may be a little older because one of the plastic tubes had started yellowing and was "sticky" on the outside. That said, the expiration date was 9/12, so I still had 4 months or so to use it. Other than the packaging, the products still work great! The products do not seem old at all. Definitely worth the discount to try all three products. They really cool and sooth the skin after waxing and really prevents and treats bumps. I would purchase again. |
